Cavaleri și dulci domnițe, regi și regine, nobile ființe, sunteți invitați să luați parte la cea de-a doua sărbătoare Bathory Fest, în anul Domnului 2017, ale lui septembrie zile de 20-24.
Poarta mărețului castel nu se va deschide decât pentru cei ce vin cum se cuvine: fie armura, sabie și lance, fie rochii înflorate și pe cap cu coroane bine-așezate!
…Înălțimea voastră va fi întâmpinată de către frații și surorile din alte bresle sau caste, locuitori ai cetății și marele comandant suprem al fortăreței! Veți descoperi o așezare atât de fermecătoare încât o veți păstra mereu vie în amintire, la o aruncătură de băț de granița cu Ungaria, iară poștalionul străbate ușor 100 de kilometri, nu?!
Călătoria noastră vă va purta în timp, în vremurile în care ruinele măreței fortărețe erau zidurile impunătorul Castel al Familiei Bathory. Vom gusta mâncarea, vom bea vinul și vom trăi o zi din viața oamenilor de rând sau a nobililor! Vom ridica mănușa, vom participa la bătălie, vom admira armuri și cavaleri, vom simți credința, vom fi încântați de talente nemăsurate, obișnuitele Evului Mediu!

All ye knights and lovely maidens, kings and queens, sirs and ladies, you are hereby invited to take part of the second celebration of Bathory Fest in the year of Our Lord, 2017, on the blessed days of 20-24 of September.
One can pass through the main gate of the Castle if only the attire is the proper one, with all armour, gown and flower, crown or tiara !
…Your Grace will be welcomed by the other guilds brothers and sisters, inhabitants of Simleu Silvaniei and the great Commander of Fortress! You will discover a citadel so mesmerizing that it will be forever kept in your heart and is just at a stone’s throw of the Hungarian border, the post chaise can easily run 100 kilometers, can it not?
Our journey will carry you back in time, when the ruins of the mighty citadel were once the lovely castle of the Bathory family. We shall taste the food, drink the wine and live a day in the life of commoners and noblemen! We will pick the battle axes, we shall meet the chivalry, we can touch armors and weapons, meet the faithful at the sermon, be delighted by amazing talents, the usual in the Medieval Time!
